How do I get started?
After secure sign up with OTP, you will be redirected to your TrustifierAI home screen. In the top-left you will see the 'Quick Start' menu. Use the prompts there to get great solutions instantly.

Can someone help me getting started?
Yes. We are happy to show you, for your specific function and organisation, how to get the most out of TrustLogic. The Enterprise Plan also includes and extensive onboarding journey to ensure you can maximise the platform at scale.

Will my data be confidential and secure?
Yes! Your data and what you do in the AI are only visible to you. Your work is not used to train the AI. Your data is not visible publicly or to other users. The database that remembers your data in the chat and in your TrustVault is SOC2 compliant.

If I upgrade, what happens?
We use Chargebee and Stripe, two global organisations to handle our plans and payments. That means we don't keep any of your payment information. You will be charged at the rate of the plan on either the monthly or yearly basis. On the Team and Enterprise Plan you can opt to contact us directly and pay via invoice.
